As a San Diego native, Mance Rieder knows this vibrant city inside and out. Growing up immersed in sports and skateboarding, Mance explored every corner of the region, from the beaches to the hills, developing an intimate knowledge of San Diego’s neighborhoods. With family ties in Poway and Chula Vista, he brings deep expertise to the North, Central, and South Bay San Diego markets.

A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Finance, Mance started his career in the Sheriff’s Department Financial Division, honing his skills in financial analysis and project management. These abilities have become invaluable in his real estate career, where he helps clients navigate complex transactions with precision and confidence.

Mance's affinity to architectural design paved his inspiration to follow in his father’s footsteps as a real estate broker and investor, as well as being drawn to the opportunity to help families achieve homeownership, grow their wealth, and secure their futures. Over his 8+ year career, Mance has sold over 300 homes, totaling more than $250 million in sales volume. On average, he sells homes in just 28 days, achieving an impressive 98% of the asking price for his clients.

Known for his innovative marketing techniques, Mance specializes in selling homes that failed to sell with other agents. He’s also an expert in probate sales, offering comprehensive services from property cleanouts to remodeling, ensuring homes sell for maximum value. As a developer, Mance is leading a 48+ new construction home project and assists homeowners in boosting property values through ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units).

Mance’s passion extends to finding and selling dream homes in some of San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos, 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, University City, La Jolla, and coastal San Diego. Beyond real estate, family is very important to Mance and he spends his free time with his wife and they are looking forward to starting their family with their first baby girl due in Summer of 2025. Mance enjoys basketball, skateboarding, walking on the beach, and exploring San Diego’s culinary scene. A seasoned world traveler, he counts Greece, Japan, and Italy among his favorite destinations, finding inspiration and relaxation through his global adventures while searching for the world's best architecture.
